A group of Centrax/EPABX and intercom facility is provided in each flat where the intercom is connected to security room, clubhouse and other apartments. 100 watts D.G. power back up is provided in each apartment with automatic change over switches. The building is installed with water and sewage treatment plants along with rainwater harvesting scheme.
 
The building is built in seismic zone II compliant with RCC framed structure done up with concrete solid block masonry. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered with lime rendering whereas the living and dining room has the ceiling cornices. Interiors have the acrylic emulsion paint and the exteriors have emulsion paint while the teak surface is polished with melamine. Vitrified tiles are used in living and dining areas whereas the master bedroom has the wooden flooring with superior quality designer tiles used in other bedrooms, balconies, kitchen and utility areas.
