Mantri Flora situated at Sarjapur Road, Bangalore is another project completed by Mantri Developers founded by Mr. Sushil Mantri in 1999. Providing 3BHK apartment type, Mantri Flora has an area ranging between 1650 to 1695 sq. ft. pricing approximately to 1.60 crore where per sq. ft. rate is Rs. 9440. The nearby vicinity has the Cambridge School, Krupanidhi College, St. Johns Hospital, WIPRO Corporate Hospital and Innovative Multiplex Complex.

The building is installed with water and sewage treatment plants along with rainwater harvesting scheme.
The building is built in seismic zone II compliant with RCC framed structure done up with concrete solid block masonry. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered with lime rendering whereas the living and dining room has the ceiling cornices. Interiors have the acrylic emulsion paint and the exteriors have emulsion paint while the teak surface is polished with melamine. Vitrified tiles are used in living and dining areas whereas the master bedroom has the wooden flooring with superior quality designer tiles used in other bedrooms, balconies, kitchen and utility areas.
