Mantri Greens is one the most awaited residential construction project undertaken by Mantri Developers headed by Mr. Sushil Mantri and established in 1999. The project is situated in Seshadripuram, neighbourhood of Bangalore. It has lavish yet gracefully designed buildings with 10 blocks and 420 residencies.

The project has been approved by BBMP, BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB and A Khata. The home loan providers are the HDFC Bank, ING Vyasa Bank, Indian Overseas Bank and Bank of Baroda.

The building is built in seismic zone II complaint with RCC framed structure. The apartments are marked by wooden flooring in MBR along with solid block masonry. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered with lime and gypsum rendering and there are ceiling cornices in living and dining areas. Use of vitrified tiles in the living and dining areas along with use of ceramic tile flooring in bedrooms, kitchen and utility areas adds to the grace of the apartment. The kitchen is well furnished with black granite platform with stainless steel single bowl and drain board sink of Frankie make. There is a loft on one side for storage and a 2’feet Dado above the platform area in ceramic glazed tiles. Toilet accessories include the single lever concealed diverter for shower and single lever basin mixer for wash basin in dining area, white WHB and EWC of American standard make along with acrylic bathtub un master bedroom toilet. Health faucets are provided in each toilet while there is a concealed master control cock in each toilet from inside. Also there are powder coated aluminium/UPVC ventilators with translucent glass in toilets.

The main door is done up with teakwood using the chrome and brass hardware with night latch, safety rod and magic eye. Other doors and windows are made of salwood/plywood fitted with PVI coated flush shutter. Also there is provision of M.S. Safety grills from inside for ground floor apartments only. The interiors are painted with oil bound distemper while the exteriors are painted with emulsion paint. The electrical provisions include fire resistant electrical wires of Anchor/Finolex make, one Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) in every apartment, electrical switches of Anchor/Roma/Tressa series make and earthing is done up with copper wire using loop system. Each apartment is provided with 5KW power whereas penthouse with 10KW power. An exclusive network of cable TV is provided in each apartment with a centralised control room. Each apartment has the telephone cum intercom facility operated by Telecom Service Provider. Each tower has been fitted with three automatic passenger lifts for the convenience of the residents.

1000 watts power back up for each apartment and 1500 watts for penthouse with automatic changeover switch (ACCB switch) has been taken care off. There is round the clock security with trained security personnel on patrolling duty. CCTV cameras will be installed in the security room to screen visitors and let them in by the consent of the residents. Also Access Control Cards are used for security system at ground and basement levels. There is use of B class pipes of TATA make with use of PVC drainage and storm water pipes. Moreover all the plumbing pipes are pressure tested. The building possesses the water treatment plant along with rainwater harvesting scheme.
