The interiors are painted with oil bound distemper while the exteriors are painted with emulsion paint. The electrical provisions include fire resistant electrical wires of Anchor/Finolex make, one Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) in every apartment, electrical switches of Anchor/Roma/Tressa series make and earthing is done up with copper wire using loop system. Each apartment is provided with 5KW power whereas penthouse with 10KW power. An exclusive network of cable TV is provided in each apartment with a centralised control room.
